As WATERAGRI project strives to generate integrated understanding of the hydrological processes and interactions shaping water resources in Europe, spring and summer are especially active months for the field investigations at the project’s case study sites. At Nyírbátor Case Study Site, University of Debrecen conducted a field survey with drone during the months of May, June and July of 2022 in order to assess the vegetation condition. A thermal, LiDAR, and NDVI survey of irrigated maize stands, a phenological survey of plants, and vegetation monitoring with LiCor have also been conducted.
