One of the WATEREAGRI‘s most entertaining solution, AgriLemma serious game was used during the lectures at the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences (UPWr) on 15th June 2023.
14 students had an opportunity to become familiar with challenges that farmers have to face during their regular activities by playing an interesting serious game. Wieslaw Fialkiewicz and Arkadiusz Glogowski from UPWr, introduced the AgriLemma to the students by explaining them the rules of the game. Afterward they assisted students during the playing. The aim of this engaging activity was to not only familiarize the students with the cutting-edge technologies offered in the WATERAGRI but also to empower them with the knowledge and tools to tackle real-world challenges.
As the students left the lecture, they carried with them a newfound appreciation for the potential of serious games in fostering sustainable practices and a deeper commitment to addressing global water scarcity issues. The AgriLemma experience at UPWr will undoubtedly continue to ripple through future generations, inspiring more innovative solutions and shaping tomorrow’s water-conscious leaders.
